आप ने ईडी के समन को बताया गैरकानूनी, आज भी पेश नहीं होंगे सीएम केजरीवाल

दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल आज सोमवार को भी ईडी के सामने पेश नहीं होंगे. आप ने कहा कि ईडी का समन गैर कानूनी है. ईडी के समन की वैधता का मामला अब अदालत में है. ED ने खुद ही कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. आप ने कहा कि ईडी बार-बार समन भेजने के बजाय कोर्ट के फैसले का इंतजार करना चाहिए.

बता दें कि ईडी ने दिल्ली के कथित शराब घोटाले में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग की जांच के सिलसिले में केजरीवाल से पूछताछ के लिए समन भेजा था. ईडी ने केजरीवाल को अब तक कुल 6 समन भेजा है. अभी तक एक भी समन का उन्होंने जवाब नहीं दिया हैं.
